My story
Throughout my career, I've worn many hats: entrepreneur, manager, consultant, and more. I've been on both sides of the table, experiencing the triumphs and challenges of startups firsthand. In addition, I'm a longtime member of the YPO global leadership community.
I co-founded Netwise, a consulting firm that grew from a handful of employees to a 250-person powerhouse. We tackled a wide range of projects, from government initiatives (like gov.il & payments service) to industry leaders (Leumi, Shufersal, Phoenix, Elal, Ort, Teva, and many others), to startups that came with just an initial idea asking us to build strategy, product and the team.
This experience exposed me to the complexities of various industries and the intricacies of different stages of growth.
Netwise's journey involved strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and an eventual successful exit. Through it all, I gained invaluable insights into the dynamics of scaling a business.
Beyond the Textbook: Real-World Knowledge
While I hold a BSc in computer science and an MBA, my real education came from working in the trenches. Leading and partnering in dozens of innovation and growth projects across diverse industries provided a wealth of practical knowledge that textbooks simply can't replicate.
After Netwise, I ventured into various startups, experiencing the highs and lows of entrepreneurship firsthand. I also volunteered my expertise in the social sector, serving as chairman of the Public Knowledge Workshop and on the advisory committee of Shenkar's Engineering Department.
